If you are not satisfied with a product within the first 10 calendar days from the date of receipt:
J-Cellular will offer a refund IF the product is in brand new condition (sellable as brand new) and contains all instruction books, cords, accessories, and any other items that were originally included with the product. All merchandise is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear and tear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. A 20% restocking fee will apply.
An additional 10% restocking fee will be charged if the product is missing instruction books, original box, or software CDs. Missing cords, accessories, or any other items that were originally included with the product will be charged separately at market price.
If the product is not in acceptable return condition J-Cellular will refuse to accept the return and will not authorize any refunds. No phone with a talk time greater than 30 minutes will be accepted.
No returns will be accepted after 10 calendar days from receipt date. There are no exceptions.
Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, J-Cellular will refund your purchase price, minus shipping, handling, gift packaging, applicable restocking fees and/or any other charges. J-Cellular is not responsible for shipping charges on returns.
Brand new condition:
No scratches, marks,dings,dents or blemishes and total talk time of the phone is under 30 minutes.
All orders are shipped within 2-3 buisness days after receiving payment. Thereafter, orders shipped "Standard" normally arrive within 4-6 business days. Express orders are normally delivered 3-5 Buisness days.Due to security reasons all orders will be shipped to your CREDIT CARD BILLING ADDRESS ONLY.All orders requesting a differnt shipping address will be declined.
Most Brand New Handsets and OEM Accessories come with a One Year Manufacturer's Warranty, unless otherwise specified.
All Refurbished handsets come with a 90-Day Warranty. This warranty does not cover any physical damage, such as water damage,cracked screen,etc.

We do not accept credit cards that are not Issued in North America. NO EXCEPTIONS
