- Before purchasing please ensure you read and agree to our company’s terms and conditions. We set out terms to ensure your pleasant shopping experience with us. If you do not agree with the stated terms and conditions, we advise that you do not use our website for any information or purchasing.
Payment
- We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.Money Orders are also accepted.
Product Availability
- Whilst we make every attempt to maintain stock of every item we offer on our website, from time to time some items may be out of stock due to delays and supply issues with our suppliers and distributors. We will provide you with timely notification of any out of stock or delayed item.
Website Accuracy
- We take pride in providing you with correct and current information regarding our products, however from time to time the information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such products.
Shipping Information
- All items are shipping within 1-3 business days after receiving payment.Thereafter, items take 5-8 business days to be delivered.
- To help keep our prices low, all of our items are shipped from our warehosue in Shenzhen, or our warehouse in Hong Kong.If you are not comfortable with your item coming from these locations, we advise that you please do not purchase from us.
- J-Cellular will not be responsible for estimated delivery times and will not be held liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise due to delivery issues.
We currently offer two shipping options:
- EMS Express(5-8 business days).This option is included free with the purchase of a cell phones
- DHL Express(3-5 business days).This option is normally an additionl $12-15 per order and is normally 2-3 business days faster.
Return Policy
- 3-day return policy for DOA (dead on arrival) units.
- 7-day return policy for other returns (25% restocking fee will apply).
- All returns must include packaging, accessories, parts, and any other items that came with the phone.
- Beyond 7 days, all mobile phones have a 6-Month J-Cellular.com Warranty.
- Customer must contact us first before returning any items.
- Returned items found to be faulty due to physical or liquid damage will not be replaced/ repaired and will incur a minimum $35.00 inspection fee.
Details:
- All returned products are subject to approval by J-Cellular.com
- Returned items without an approval RMA (Return Material Authorization) number from J-Cellular will not be processed, and returned to sender.
- All returns for DOA (dead on arrival) items, (example: phone won't turn on, or other malfunctions) can be returned within 3 days of receiving the package. All original accessories.
Refunds
- Refunds will not be eligible for a change of mind, or buyer's remorse. Please select your purchase carefully as refunds will not given for incompatibility or an incorrect choice

Compatibility:
We are not responsible for customers purchasing incompatible merchandise from our website.All items returned for incomaptibilty or "buyer's remorse" are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Other Information:
The customer will also be responsible for any return shipping fees to our warehouse. A RMA number must be issued within 14 days.
Upon receiving the potential defective item from the buyer, J-Cellular will examine and test for the defective claim that was made.This may take up to 3 business days.
In the event of returning the product, buyer is fully responsible for the products safety return to us. Item must be received within 9 days after the issue of RMA. The return merchandize should include the RMA number that was issued by J-Cellular, buyers full name, shipping address, contact phone number, and the reason for return. All accessories and manuals must also be included inside the package as the buyer originally received it. There should be no tears, scratches or marks on the package or items in the package. Return merchandise should be double boxed and well packed. Any items that are missing parts, damaged, or contain inappropriate information will not be accepted. The standard replacement shipping by J-Cellular will be USPS Priority Mail.
We highly recommend purchasing a squaretrade warranty that will replace, repair or refund your purchase even for accidental and water damages.
